Dreamline Limos Terms & Conditions of Limo Hire

Foreword

Dreamline Limos is a luxury stretch limousine hire company, providing the very latest and best in limousine quality. Technology, comfort and service. Our aim is to provide an enjoyable, relaxing and unforgettable experience. Our Terms and Conditions are designed to support this aim and to ensure the customer is comfortable with all aspects of the service required and expected from Dreamline Limos. Please read this document carefully as it forms the hire contract between you, the customer and Dreamline Limos. The terms 'prime hirer' contained herin refers to the person making and paying for the hire. It is the prime hirer's responsibility to ensure that all passengers in the party are fully aware of these Terms and Conditions.

Booking Times and Related Variations

  1. Hire Date(s), times and collection/return address are written into the Booking Confirmation form.
  2. Any additionally required collection and/or drop off points are charged at 20.00 per collection and/or drop off point, subject to the chauffeur's agreement, which must be obtained prior to the hire commencement.
  3. Any hire period extension is charged on a per/hour rate, whether the extension required is in hourly multiples and/or parts thereof. The per/hour charge is 100.00. HIRE PERIOD EXTENSIONS MUST BE AGREED WITH THE CHAUFFEUR PRIOR TO THE HIRE COMMENCEMENT. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO ACCOMMODATE SUCH REQUESTS, SUBJECT TO OTHER EXISTING COMMITMENTS.
  4. Should the booked return departure time be exceeded by more than 15 (fifteen) minutes, Dreamline Limos reserve the right to leave with those passengers already on board. Any other passengers will be responsible for securing alternative transport. In such cases Dreamline Limos operate a NO REFUND policy.
  5. Dreamline Limos operate a NON-SMOKING policy in all its limousines. Smoking 'stops' may be made if required.
  6. The chauffeur reserves the right to not take the limousine into what he/she deems to be unsuitable areas/terrains. Such areas/terrains include but are not limited to; unadopted roads/lanes, unmade roads/lanes, single track roads/lanes. In such situation, the prime hirer accepts the responsibility of finding alternative means of transport.

Passenger Behaviour

  1. Passengers are required to treat the limousine with care and are requested to leave it in the same condition it was in at the hire commencement. Any damage and/or breakage to the limousine or its contents caused by any passenger will be charged at NEW REPLACEMENT cost.
  2. Should any passenger display any form of aggressive behaviour (including abusive language) towards any passenger and/or the chauffeur, Dreamline Limos reserves the right to immediately terminate the hire and passengers will be responsible for arranging alternative means of transport, with no recourse to Dreamline Limos.
  3. The cost of cleaning and valeting the limousine will be charged to the prime hirer at the rate of 200.00 should any sickness and/or vomiting have occurred within the limousine during the hire period.

Traffic Conditions and Mechanical Failure

  1. Dreamline Limos make every effort to ensure timely arrival and departure hire times in accordance with the Booking Confirmation Form. However, accidents, road closures, traffic jams and force majeure etc. can possibly cause delays. In such cases, the prime hirer will be informed by the chauffeur 'phoning and advising revised times'.
  2. In the unlikely event of a limousine's mechanical failure Dreamline will endeavour to provide replacement transport, subject to location and time restrictions. However, in an emergency, it may not always be possible to provide a replacement limousine.

Venue Entry

Dreamline Limos cannot guarantee passenger entry into any particular nightclub/venue. All clubs/venue management always reserve the right to refuse entry and/or to impose any entry charge. It is the passengers' responsibility to adhere to the dress code, required conduct and entry rules of all venues. The prime hirer is advised to satisfy himself/herself of any club/venue rules well in advance of the hire.

Hire Payment

  1. A 20% deposit is required with the completed Booking Confirmation Form along with these signed Terms and Conditions, both of which must be signed by the prime hirer where indicated.
  2. The remaining balance is payable in cleared funds prior to the hire commencement.
  3. In any event, the prime hirer's credit card details are required to cover any damage and/or valeting as described in 'Behaviour' - paragraphs 1 & 3 above.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation is to be advised by telephone and then confirmed in writing by the prime hirer to Dreamline Limos, Handford Lane, Yateley, Hants, GU46 6BP. Cancellation terms are set out below:

  1. less than 14 days notice before the hire date - 50% of the total booking fee is payable.
  2. less than 7 days notice before the hire date - 100% of the total booking fee is payable.
